Melanie D. Flynn Law Office was created by its namesake with an Access to Justice Initiative inspired business model. Having grown up in a lower-middle class household that would not be able to afford legal services, Melanie is passionate about providing accessible and affordable legal services by breaking down barriers and adapting to the ever-changing economic environment.
After completing her legal education at the University of New Brunswick, Melanie returned home with the goal of providing such services to her community. She specifically designed this firm to attack these barriers to accessible legal services by incorporating aspects of similar initiatives used in some provinces but are not currently available in Newfoundland & Labrador. We strive to provide services that are Affordable, Accessible and Attuned to you with various payment options and plans, as well as affordable pricing of services.
