What is Mediation?
It’s an alternative dispute resolution process that utilizes the expertise of an impartial third party mediator to help guide parties to a mutually acceptable solution.
Mediation is completely voluntary and allows you to keep decision-making control. Bottom line? You don’t leave with a resolution that you didn’t choose yourself!
How does it work?
Parties going through conflict meet with a mediator who assists them in resolving their dispute. The mediator will work with you to find a mutually agreeable solution. As both a lawyer and mediator, any resolution can be finalized by our office and we will draft a legally binding contract to resolve your matter.
