Since the firm inception in 2019, we have strived to offer legal solutions to clients of all income levels and we are continuing to adapt our practice to meet the needs of our community. Traditional upfront retainers are not affordable for most people, so we are now using Affirm to offer clients another way to pay and thereby breaking down access to justice barriers. This allows you to get the legal help you need right away while paying in more manageable instalments with no hidden fees! Pay for services over time, so you don’t sweat the financial stress. A tight budget should never be a barrier to accessing legal services and that’s why we at Melanie D. Flynn Law Office continue to implement innovative solutions to combat the access to justice crisis in our community. All our previous options for payment are still available, we are just adding to the options because one size does not fit all and neither does one payment option.
